The Keeper 2" x 27' Ratchet Tie-Down with Flat Hooks is ideal for securing loads on flatbed trailers as it meets D.O.T., California Highway Patrol, and Web Sling Association standards. The Hi-Test® webbing features three layers of high tenacity yarn to protect and provide added strength. Aluminum handle and zinc coated steel hooks provide corrosion resistance in most environments and situations.
