Pliable asphalt roof cement that can be used in wet or dry conditions, seals cracks & splits, seals flashings & other roof projections, ideal for many roof repairs & for stopping roof leaks around vent pipes, spouts, valleys, skylights, gutters, & chimneys, use for construction & repair of flashings, but not on rubber membranes or epdm roofing, may also be used to seal cracks in exterior chimneys, walls, foundation joints & for lining leaking gutters & troughs, 3 year limited warranty.
